Andrea
Andrea didn't realize until her mid-thirties that she had Attention Deficit Disorder. Suddenly a lot of her school experiences made sense! But like many ADDers, she wasn't good at organization, deadlines, or time management. Things only got worse when she got married and had a child. For years she struggled to stay on top of things, but the only times she felt successful at this were right after a move, right after a major cull of all their belongings. Finally she made the connection between owning less and being able to keep up with it more, and after several years of experimentation and refining the system, Less is Best was born.
Andrea works directly with clients in their homes, offering minimizing and organizing assistance and simplicity coaching. She also offers coaching over the phone, email, or instant messenger. It doesn't matter where you live; if you want some help, guidance, and accountability for improving your life, she can help.

Matt
Matt grew up sure that he did not have ADD. What he had, though, was friends with more severe ADD than his. Coping strategies such as the Google Calendar, reminder emails, and flowcharts help keep him on target.
An I.T. professional, Matt prefers to find technical solutions to problems. When there's a problem with someone such as an attorney, who can't get rid of his old computers due to the regulations regarding Personally Identifiable Information (P.I.I.), Matt uses his drive-wiping software to completely clean off the drives so the client can get rid of them, sell them, recycle them, or whatever they want.
When there's a problem with someone who wants to get rid of things but still wants to get some money back for it, he helps them to sell it on eBay. He works closely with Andrea and her clients (who get a 5% discount on his eBay services) to help them regain both their space and their money.
He says if they want to regain their sanity, that costs extra.
